Hylton Nel’s Ceramics, Reimagined for Dior
Universal Display was asked to recreate Hylton Nel’s distinctive ceramic works at small, medium and large scales for Kim Jones’s Dior collection.
From smaller sculptural pieces to striking cats standing three metres tall, we captured the character and charm of Nel’s originals. Every cat was hand-painted, with careful attention to colour and detail, bringing the artist’s playful visual language to life across a range of scales.
