Design development, fabrication and global rollout of Byredo’s Chinese New Year retail campaign, featuring bespoke Dala horse sculptures at multiple scales alongside custom window plinths, in-store risers and product glorifiers. Delivered for worldwide deployment, the project combined precision manufacturing and luxury finishes to create a distinctive festive retail environment.
